Limewire and like products are great way to get viruses. It is almost as bad as browsing port sites.
If you want to download safe, you should start researching bit-torrents. Many bit-torrent sites have reviews for the downloads, so you can read the reviews of the file before you DL it.
And getting lime wire pro for free would be illegal.
