I just bought limewire pro because i thought the problem was in my old limewire, but the same thing is happening. My computer is connected to the internet, but limewire is saying it has no internet connection. How do i connect limewire to the internet..?
I tried turning off the firewall..and it still said that there was no internet connection..is there anything else i can do?

Your firewall May be Blocking you connection from the limewire to the Internet.

Go to Control panel, then security. And change you setting or just allow Limewire to be access to the internet!

I have WinRAR. When I download something from limewirepro and try to open it, it tells me that the only thing inside the folder is Setup.exe. When i try to upload it, it tells me that its not there. Why do I keep getting this problem?

can you right click and drag to desktop to unzip in new folder without using winrar….

I’ve never had a problem with this before, usually my new downloads go directly to itunes but it isn’t now. Any suggestions?

Note, I’m not asking your opinion on limewire, so please just don’t bother.

Download a file from limewire and then just manually drag the .mp3 file onto your iPod yourself

ok so my mom deleted lime-wire off our laptop the other day and ive tried to download just about every music dowloader there is and none of them work any suggestions?

I have an insprion 1525 and I have no idea how to get my music to tranfer from lime wire to itunes automatically yet alone at all!! please please help me i am desperate to figure this out!!

I don’t believe it is possible to sync it directly…iTunes needs to be told to find new music when it is added to your computer by another means besides iTunes. The easiest way I have found is:
Go to Tools tab in limewire. On the left at the top is "Saving" when you click that, your main screen shows how you save music. Switch that to "My Music" or whatever you have iTunes set-up to. Now whenever you download a song on Limewire…simple right click the completed song and select Explore…the file will open and if iTunes is your default media player, the song will play automatically in iTunes and be added to the library…

There might be an easier way, but I have found this to be the quickest for me.

The true answer is i dont know… alot of p2p software is changhing to pay to dl (download). You can be sure that as soon as one p2p app goes down another will come up. DONT buy limewire pro its the same program still all the ads and doesnt work any better.

I’m planning on downloading limewire to my computer so I can download music videos onto DVDs…is this a good or bad idea, any advice is MUCH appreciated.

youu can download all videos but i’m not sure it’s totally legal x it is free. all youu have to do is when the search panel comes up chose the ‘video’ option x <3 hope this helps (:

Yes, they make contain dangerous virus that will "f" up your ipod. So download the program eMule. It’s the same as limewire, only you have to be more patient and there will be no viruses whatsoever.
